Blog Button Success! Woo Hoo!

So, I’m still pretty new to the whole blogging thing.  I am really enjoying it though.  I’m meeting some really great moms and finding some blogs that I absolutely adore!  As I grow though, I am having to figure out some of the more technical aspects of blogging.  And for me that is very difficult!  I’m the type of person who can get to the Internet and that is about it!  So last night I decided to take on a new challenge.  I wanted to make my blog button!  So off I went to discover how to write code.  And guess what?  I was successful!  Check out my awesome button!  I’m overly excited about this!

And, since I was having such a technologically successful night, I decided to go ahead and set up my facebook page as well!  It was a liberating experience!  I learned that I can do things I never thought I could do.  And all because of blogging!  So please, come by and check me out on Facebook (just click on the link in the right hand column of my blog)!  And let me know what you think of my button!  Hmmm, now what can I take on next?

I clicked through to your site from Just Cuz blog hop and think your button turned out great…I despise making buttons because they never cooperate for me :)

I'm following you and can't wait to read more about your cute kids.

Please don't hate me, but as a professional web person, may I suggest you change the wording of the title of your button to a different color? It's a bit difficult to read as it almost blends in with your son's cape color, and don't do white, it will blend in with your other son's shirt. I would recommend changing the color to green, which would match the grass in the button and be more visible. Just a suggestion, just trying to help :)

Tara, thanks so much for the suggestion! I made the changes you suggested and it looks so much better. I'm always open to advice:-) Thanks again!
