even though my girls are older now, 15 and 13, they still love ‘the hungry catepillar’. other favorites include ‘the perks of being a wallflower’ and the harry potter series. my 15 year old is also fascinated with anything that has to do with world war II. i wish i could remember the series that were stories about a particular in different times of history. i’ll have to ask my oldest. she loved those books.

I have 4 boys who LOVE to read or be read to. I can’t even name only one book as a favorite. The terrible toy breakers come to mind though as we reference it a lot to get them to clean up. I’d still read them this book before giving it to my nieces. :0) There’s always a lesson to learn about being told no and doing it anyways.

  14. Paula Michele Hafner says

My hubby and son have just started reading the Little House on the Prairie series. He also love the Little Monster books, Dr. Seuss, and Clifford.
