Make New Year’s Sweet with this Simple Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe!

Peanut butter and sweets.  They are two of my loves in life.  And with the new year approaching tonight and entertaining to be done, I set out to make an easy treat that would be a perfect finger food!  What came of my experimentation was a super simple yet decadent No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge! (Now, I say no bake because there is no need to use a stove or oven for this recipe.   You hear right!  No meed for a boiler or melting pot!  It can be made simply using a microwave which means simple and that’s what I like!)  It can be made in two hours and looks as good as it tastes!  Here’s how you can make it too!

What You Will Need

1 Package of Cream Cheese (8 ounce)

4 Cups of Confectioners Sugar

1 and a half tablespoons of Vanilla Extract

2 Packages of Reeces Peanut Butter Chips

How to Make It

Start by softening your cream cheese (about 30 seconds in the microwave does the trick).  Then slowly add in your confectioners sugar a little at a time while blending it well with the cream cheese.  You want to end up with a smooth, creamy mixture.

Once your cream cheese and sugar mixture is complete, add a pack and a half of Peanut Butter Chips to a large bowl.  Microwave it for a minute to a minute in a half or until the chips are melted and creamy.  Then fold your melted peanut butter chips into your cream cheese and sugar mixture.

Once your mixture is evenly colored, pour it into a greased 8 x 8 square glass dish.  Use your fingers to press it down and smooth it out.  You can use a knife to put decrative lines it is well.  Once the fudge looks the way you want, refrigerate it for an hour.

Once your fudge has set, cut it into pieces and serve!

No serve, indulge and enjoy!

  6. I made 25 pounds of fudge for Christmas this year. Admittedly I made the no fail fluff kind. I made choc. and peanutbutter and put them in the same container. While it was great, it was super sweet. I LOVE that this peanutbutter recipe uses cream cheese and requires NO cooking. I’m so giving this one a try. Thanks!

  7. Yum, more peanut butter goodness for me to try!
