    It’s so hot in Texas that we stay inside during the hottest hours. But then we make sure to use sunscreen, hats and sunglasses when we are outside.

    I make sure my kids wear plenty of sunblock and we stay in the shade or indoors during the peak hours of the sun.

    We use sunscreen and hats, and if we are going to be out all day, try to go somewhere that has a cool place indoors. Not being outside between 11am and 1 pm helps too. We go to the splash park up the street in early evening!

    First and foremost is Sun screen. I always buy a bathing suit top with the UV protection in it as well.

    My kids are all pretty dark completed and don’t burn easily. But when it’s really bright outside, we take lots of shade breaks.

    We try to stay out of the sun when its the harshest. Spray on sunscreen has been life changing for me, my son moves so fast! Also we LOVE our Show No towel!! Cannot have enough of them!

    We live in Florida and have a history of skincare in our family so we wear sun protective clothing and apply organic sunblock when we are out in the sun.

    Oh, I make sure all of us (including my reluctant husband) always put on sunscreen when we will be outside during the summer and I try to keep sunglasses & hats on everyone, as well! Never be too safe when it comes to sun protection!
