What You Will Need:
1 and 1/2 Sweet Scarletts Grapefruit
1/4 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 Banana (Frozen)
1/2 Cup of Plain Green Yogurt
1/4 Cup of Chai Seeds
How to Make It:
I have to say, this smoothie bowl is so easy to make and for the taste it delivers? I say you can’t beat it for a easy breakfast or a quick snack any time of they day! I start by cutting my Sweet Scarletts grapefruit in half.
Then I remove the fruit from one whole grapefruit and add it to a mixer or Magic Bullet.
Next I add in my frozen blueberries, frozen banana (cut into slices) and my yogurt.
After blending these ingredients together until they are perfectly creamy, I add in half of my chai seeds and quickly mix everything for a few more seconds.
Once my smoothie is mixed to perfection, I grab a bowl, pour my smoothie in and get ready to top it with even more deliciousness!
Now, at this point I can really add anything I want to on top of my smoothie bowl. But my favorite way to top this healthy meal is with the remainder of my chai seeds, almond slivers, fresh blueberries and of course, more Sweet Scarletts grapefruit!
