When I recently found these amazingly versatile baking mixes at my local Publix, I was instantly intrigued by the Nestle name that I’ve known and trusted for years. And when I saw that variety of flavors that included Brownies & More with Butterfingers, Brownies & More with chocolate morsels, Cookies & More with Butterfingers and Cookies & More with chocolate morsels, ideas begin to swirl through my mind.

I looked closely at each box and was thrilled that they each included a full cup of morsels or baking bits to help take my dessert to the next level. And even better, the Nestle Toll House Baking Mixes simplified the baking process while still allowing me to really add my own spin to the items I was creating. After a careful selection process and storing the remainder of my Nestle Toll House Baking Mixes for use very soon, I settled on a dessert that I knew my peanut butter loving family would adore!
What You Will Need:
(For the Brownies)
1/2 Cup Oil
3 Tablespoons of Water
(For the Peanut Butter Filling)
3/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons of Milk
How to Make It:
I have to say, thanks to my Nestle Toll House Baking Mix this is pretty much the easiest and most impressive dessert ever (but shhhhh….don’t tell my kids cause they thing I slaved on it all day!). To start my peanut butter stuffed brownies, I opened my mix and mixed it with my egg, oil, water and three fourths of my Butterfinger Baking Bits that were included in the box.
Once my mix was perfectly creamy, I set it aside and prepared my peanut butter stuffing. To make it, I simply stirred together my creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Yes, it was a little lumpy but I knew that the texture would help create layers which was what I was super excited about.
After setting my prepared brownie mix and peanut butter filling side by side, I was ready to assemble my heavenly dessert.
I started by pouring half of my prepared Nestle Toll House Baking Mix into a greased 8 inch glass pan.
Next, I pulled off pieces of my peanut butter filling and gently squished it flat, laying it on top of my brownie mix.
After using all of my peanut butter mixture to cover the brownie mixture, I poured the remainder of my brownie mix on the top.
Into the oven my brownies went on 325 degrees for thirty minutes.
After baking for thirty minutes, I removed my peanut butter stuffed Butterfinger brownies from the oven, sprinkled the remainder of my Butterfinger baking morsels over the top and cooked them for an additional ten minutes.
When they were completely cooked and a toothpick inserted in the middle came out clean (if slightly peanut buttery), I removed them from the oven and allowed them to COOL COMPLETELY.
Once my peanut butter stuffed Butterfinger brownies were cooked, I simply sliced them and carefully removed them from my baking dish, revealing the layers of peanut butter goodness on the inside.
In less than an hour of prep and cook time, I had been able to create a delicious dessert that had my own twist and was crazy impressive! And as my family put them to the taste test, I knew that with the help of Nestle Toll House Baking Mixes, I had found the secret to a truly amazing baked treat!
