What You Will Need:
1/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries
4-5 Ripe Strawberries

How to Make It:
I love my smoothies and I really don’t think I’ve ever made a smoothie that wasn’t delicious. In fact, I find it so easy to just open my fridge, pull out whatever fruit I have on hand and whip one up. So, to start this smoothie, I took a look at what I already had on hand. Since blueberries, strawberries and kale immediately jumped out at me, I added them all to my blender.
Now, while this would have been delicious as is, smoothies don’t always fill me up. Most of the time I find that an hour after enjoying one, I’m hungry again. To help fix this problem, I added two teaspoons of Meta Appetite Control unflavored smoothie enhancer to my blender. Since it’s tasteless, I didn’t have to worry that it would cause my smoothie to taste any differently than it normally does!
